Many times during the quarantine and in this very challenging times we are thinking of how many people are alone and feel lonely. People with disabilities, old people, lonely folks who make an effort every day to survive. 

We send a big hug to all of you out there and letting you know that even if physical   distancing has devastating effects on us we can still reach out, we can ask for help and talk about our loneliness! Coz we never walk alone!
